Bergamot & Thyme (Pré de Provence)
Shave 2 ・ 174 g left

The soap is a bit challenging to describe due to some labeling changes. For years it was known as Pré de Provence Shave Soap and the scent was described as sage or clary sage. Now it's labeled Bergamot & Thyme; however, rest assured that the soap inside remains the same old Shave Soap with its original scent. The fragrance is a delightful combination of pineapple-ish sour sweetness and light herbal notes. It’s a mild yet invigorating scent, always uplifting to the senses. Your mom would like it.

The Shea butter in the soap provides a nice finish, although the lather on its own tends to be a bit thin. Until I found Ethos First Lather, I was thinking of sending my PdP soaps to the showers. But along comes Frank to the rescue. His First Lather adds both body and slip to the PdP soap, enhancing the overall shaving experience and making it even more enjoyable.

Ethos - Rosa (F Base)

Not sure how two months have gone by already. But I think that extra time curing has made this even better. The scent has settled more floral than I recall (much more green before). Silky, deep red and ripe. Very nice!!! Pulled it out pre-Thu°Rose°Day because it's been lightning yonder and it's about to pour!
