It's been a long time since I did a Tabac Tuesday because... Well, I haven't been in the mood on Tuesdays. Today I had a hankering to use it, so it became Thabac Thursday. Thabac... That sounds painful. Like 'thwapp' or 'thump'. The shave was much nicer than any sounds coming out of a Looney Toons show... in fact, it was quite awesome.
These are the odd thoughts that run through my head. Sorry folks.

Marlborough (D.R. Harris) cedar & sandal
Shave 3 ・ 111 g left
Marlborough scarcely has an aroma more agreeable than that of the wooden bowl it is nestled in. Yet, this does have its advantages – I can splash on any number of aftershaves without fear of clashing. Today I chose the sharp and salty aroma of bay rum. Liberal administration is always best with that sort of scent, so I gave myself a good dousing and afterwards felt like a roguish combination of the Marlboro Man and Cap’n Jack Sparrow. An uncommon confidence surged through me. With such vigor I was ready to tussle with dragons and stare down stampeding horses alike. It's no doubt true that every shaver has a bit of Walter Mitty in him, particularly when he smells so fine.

The Sudsy Soapery - Lemon Thu°Rose°Day Chypre (Chatillon Lux collaboration, beef tallow recipe)
Poor timing (happened quickly and my one hand was occupied with a hot coffee), was hoping to get him midair and centered in the frame.

Quite alright; we get the genuine joy he is feeling from the expression on his face. Beautiful and inspiring photographs as always; thank you for sharing.
