What soap/cream did you use today?

One would suppose that in a proliferous pile of soaps that the favorites would generally be on top.  Tonight I had an epiphany.  On the office desk at the university where I volunteer I have a candy jar that Mrs Lip keeps stocked with the usual suspects.  When students come to see me they raid the jar.  In the course of an evening the Starburst rose to the top of the pile.  Hey, Starburst are ok but it’s obvious they aren’t as ok as Snickers, Milky Way, or Hersheys.  My soap box(s) is the same.  Today I dumped and dug and found some soaps I haven’t seen in awhile but looove.  Black Velvet is one of those.  Hello old friend.  Perfect performance and have I mentioned that,scent?

Smoothest stick mechanism/function in the biz. And, while I was a little hesitant about the scent at first, it's actually perfecto for autumn. Need me some cherry pie now.



On a bike ride with Nero (the real one), and shockingly found some horses eating grass. Ok, that wasn't shocking. What was shocking is that they STOPPED eating for 11 seconds to come say hi to us.

And…..why not just stay on with the Vetiver?  MdC Vetyver this morning and for the love of Pete I don’t know why I don’t use it more.  

The Grands wanted to kick it old school this past weekend so I set one of my wall tents (the small one) and they learned the joys of a warm tent.  Nothing in the world smells better than a canvas tent with a touch of smoke and the smell of hot steel.  Slept like a baby.
