He loved growing things and turned a horticulture degree into a career as the City of Idaho Falls horticulturist and forester. Bert caught Covid, went to the hospital, struggled on a ventilator and died. So long my little cowboy buddy. In 54 years you made tracks for sure. I’ll look down the mountain at the Basin Cemetery and remember fondly many hunting and fishing trips, horseback rides and camping trips, and when I work with the flowers and trees in my yard I’ll think of you fondly.Sorry for your loss Lip. Loosing close friends is rough.
Today I chose Chiseled Face Summer Storm because it smelled of outdoors and slapped on some Chaps cologne before donning my suit to bid you adeau. So long pard. 54 years was not enough.
