Citricuyá (Barrister & Mann) blood orange, passionfruit, pear, pink pepper and galbanum
Excelsior・ Shave 1 ・ 98% left

Wow. I can smell bits and pieces of other soaps in this tub of Citricuyá. There’s the pear blossoms of Rhapsody, and the green sap of Adagio, and the passionfruit of Passiflora. I can’t say I’ve really got a good sense of what pink pepper smells like, so I guess I missed in this fragrance. But the blood orange is front and center. Altogether what does it smell like? Well, it’s very green and sappy. Reminds me of pruning the entire yard on warm day in late June. The fruity bits keep it fresh, and the deep green galbanum gives it all kinds of ballast. Here in this land of endless summer, I can see this soap getting plenty of lather time.

I had my third go of Ethos's Succes and the First Lather and have been loving them. FL has helped a few problem/sensitive areas around my jaw with a few other soaps, too. Succes was my first Ethos soap and I'm a convert. It whips to a very milky, creamy lather effortlessly and helped me with a most excellent adventure shave

Spearheads Seaforth Heather has been a scent I have been eyeballing for quite some time and finally picked it up because I only had 22.3 years worth of soap left.  So glad I did!  Best Fougere in my lot and I have some good ones.  This is not a darker aromatic fougere like Brut but more green and spacious.  It really does feel like the clean outdoors.  And it performs too.
