Ethos Greenfresh cream

Great scent, slick - I just am not a good bowl latherer. Can't wait for the F version in this flavor.

Thx to,, for the samples!

Clay Face

Crazy Sandalwood v. (Tcheon Fung Sing) spicy Australian sandal
Shave 4 ・ 91% left

Well, this was a crazy good shave. Tcheon Fung Sing soaps always work well for me. It’s easy to get a good, full load, and the lather comes together effortlessly. Thick and rich, it makes me wonder if Crazy Sandalwood really is all vegan. The almond oil finish is marvelous, too. After the Aqua Velva chilled wore off, I was left with a rich, dry post that kept me feeling barb free late into the afternoon. And the scent? Spicy sandalwood. Nothing real special, but nice enough … although it did sort of fade away once the lather came together.

Then she asked what I was wearing, and came over and sniffed. "Yep. It's you. Bug spray."  Sheesh. Just goes to show she's even more challenged in the olfactory department than me. I love the scent. And, no...it smells nothing like bug spray, despite what she thinks.

Wait!  Deep Woods Off isn’t a cologne?  Hahaha

I don’t see a reason it couldn’t be.  Smile

Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements - Diver Down (CK-6)

A tribute to Original Seaforth Spiced. Not sure I've ever smelled that, but this soap reminds me of a stormy Halloween and being 7 years old. GREAT times. Cinnamon-forward (zero skin tingle/burn), and supported by things I can't pinpoint by nose (though I can read the notes on the website). I really like it, there's no good reason this was only the second time I have used it in the past year (or is it two years?)... Oh yeah... I have too much soap.

I think this is the only mug soap that PAA makes (it comes with that hologram sticker)... I smushed it into a small pyrex container.

Oh wow what soap is that?!

That is the Hendrix Classic & Co unscented soap.  Believe it or not, that is a non-tallow soap!  Pete sells the scented oils as well.  I have found Dancing Koala to be great...a eucalyptus/tea tree menthol blend that is so very soothing.
