Fjellheim v. (Fitjar Islands) juniper

This puck is getting on in years. Mildly scented to begin with, its fragrance has faded over time. The sharp turpentine notes are gone, but what’s left is sweet and clean. To boost its morale, I gave it three shakes from the menthol mill. That brightened the scent and left me feeling like I was in an alpine hut just below treeline. It’s a good soap, and I need to use it up so I can order a fresh puck to enjoy the fresh sappy goodness.
