A&E - Peach & Cognac - May be more appropriate for Spring and Summer. For some reason really couldn't find my smile today. Peach & Cognac never let's me down when I'm down   Rolleyes

Mogno Cream v. (Ach. Brito) sea wood

This cream sort of oozes out of the tube like a lotion. It’s slippery but thick, so just a pea-sized dab gives you enough lather for three passes. Give it lots and lots of water, and the result will be a glistening, heavy emulsion that doesn’t sacrifice protection for glide. Yesterday I used a Semogue boar brush (the cream’s Portuguese after all), and I got a good lather. Today, though, I went with a synthetic brush, and it gave me a stupendous lather that rivaled anything I’ve ever produced with a hard soap. And of course, it smelled really, really good.

I like high places.  I really like high places.  So when Meissner Tremonia had a soap named Himalayan Heights I had to try it.  This soap is not strongly scented, and the scent sits close to the skin, but aside from that, the scent is not a shrinking flower either.  Persistent is what it is.  Cedar and minerals are what I get and not hot sunshine but brisk, like climbing a rocky ridge on a cool September morning.  It reminds me of working up the steep ridge above Mill Lake right where I transition to above the tree line.  Oh, and the shave is awesome.
