What soap/cream did you use today?

HoosierShave, you've got your work cut out for you. What do you think, maybe six more weeks to finish off this lot? Do you keep track of how much soap (on average) you use for each shave? (I'm currently burning through my soaps at 1.98 grams per shave.)

Well, I've never tracked usage in the past....but just added a "grams utilized" column to my spreadsheet

Last night, i used the Mike's Vetiver and started with 46.94 grams.  I bloomed the soap in hot water while I showered and used a 30mm Cashmere knot to load for about 20-25 seconds.  I was surprised to see that it only dropped to 45.25.  A good 60 second load time may become a staple in the very near future
