Tim’s made quite a splash in the community a few years back. His Ghost Face Nilla and Greek Peach were all the rage. But alas, as often happens, life situations change and doors are closed, and a new soaper appears to take his place. I currently have two Tim’s Soaps remaining. Greek Peach, which to my nose is the best peach soap ever made, and Breakfast of Champions, a riotous mix of tobacco, bourbon, and chocolate which by any measure is decidedly NOT a breakfast for a champion but the scent is heavenly to me. Tim’s is a veg soap, pre-super fat, mix. It wants to start foamy but keep loading and working and it settles right down into some creamy goodness. Post shave is a tad tight but for those that know me....who cares about that? I’m going to add a dab of raw Shea butter anyway to keep my dashing good looks. Tim’s, I miss you and always wish I’d have picked up a tub of Ruby Red.

Despite the website description, I find this quite spa-like. It's sweet, but not 'dessert sweet'. It's a lighter scent, which dosen't offend. I can definitely detect the vanilla. When everything is mixed together I absolutely think spa / lotion / soothing scent. Not a manly scent, moreso unisex.
The soap is a soft consistency, somewhere in the realm of a soap croap. It whipped up a lather shockingly fast. The lather was low-structure, with the yogurt like consistency. Very nice.
The soap was slick enough, and I never felt dryness or irritation. I did find it was low on the residual slickness. This could absolutely be due to how I made the lather, so take that with a grain of salt for now.
I would obviously need to work with it longer to say anything equivocally. Still it was good, doubly so considering the price ($10!). I also give it to Spearhead for the quick shipping. It shipped the same day I ordered and I had it 3 days later. Kudos, folk(s).

With my current selection it probably won't get the fair shake it deserves, but hopefully I'll eventually dial it in and find more residual. If I read Spearhead website correctly, it's a limited release.(07-14-2020, 01:41 PM)mrdoug Wrote: SPEARHEAD SHAVING (Experimental) Lavender VanillaGreat report on a product I haven’t seen before.

Also just got an email from them this morning. They are re-releasing something called Seaforth (soap and AS from the 40s) in the Fall.
