Today in my SOTD ... Castle Forbes Shaving Cream Lavender

ToDay was a brand new maker for me, Highland Springs Soap Company of Cranbrook BC.  Name of the scent is Reflection has notes of lavender and artemisia on top, fir, spruce, and pepper mid, and Sandalwood and Amber on the base.  The soap is titanium white and soft like a stiff cream. Lather is low structure and creamy.  Slickness is unlike others I've tried in that it is not slick like Stirling although it's plenty fast but it feels silky.  With Shea as third ingredient and Castor as 4th I was expecting a plump finish but found this one pretty tight however the splash solved that and also has the oddly silky finish.  Scent is very nice indeed.
