Eufros Lima Especias
This soap lives up to its name with a nice emphasis on lime and spice. Of course there is also the menthol kicker. Eufros soap is great performer providing good slickness and cushion.

Wholly Kaw - Lav Sublime.   Not only a great shave, but a fragrance that is "sooo" relaxing!   Rolleyes

Cèdre-Orange v. (Le Père Lucien) cedar & orange

Cedar finds it way into many of LPL's soaps, but only two feature it on their label: the excellent Cèdre-Patchouli and today's soap, Cèdre-Orange. Even though it smells earthy, there's nothing ground breaking about this scent. L'Occitane offered their Cèdre-Oranger fragrance years before this soap was made. And in fact the contrast of cedar and citrus is the starting point for many classic and modern colognes: Terre d'Hermes, for instance. But few colognes smell quite as simple or quite as dirty as Cèdre-Orange. The citrus is straight up sweet orange. I wonder, though, where LPL gets this musty wood. The scent of the soap reminds me of an old French farmhouse with bitter marmalade simmering on the stove. I'm enjoying this now, but I'm going to love it come fall.

Thanks for the tremendous review of Field Day, I enjoyed reading your impressions!

I find Anne Bonny to be a rich and very enjoyable scent. Nice to see you mention this wonderful soap. Smile

How is the scent-strength on this one? Is it as strong as Stirling's Texas on Fire?

Mystic Water - Lily of the Valley...the donut hole started today. Looking forward to finishing off yet another soap, although this was only a 2 oz stick that I put in a jar for easier loading.
