Does anyone really leave their tins of LPL always uncovered? Cyril recommends this, saying the soap's quality will be better preserved this way. "It will dry out, become hard and more economical and its fragrance will perfume your bath." Though this tub of Traditionnel is two years old and has seen plenty of air time, it's still the same consistency as when I bought it. It doesn't seem to have dried at all, and it's certainly not got any harder. He's right about the fragrance, though. It smells sublime, just like my herb garden growing outside the window. I like it so much I put in an order for his Rosemary soap.
High humidity of the Sandwich Islands?

Oleo Soapwork’s “El Caballero”. Lid label is a fun design. Great clean scent that only slightly leans towards the Bay Rum notes. It lathers well too.
The real star though was Ginger’s Garden’s “Date with a camel” aftershave! I’ve got to look at the ingredient list but it’s more of an emulsion I think. Anyways, not an alcohol burn but more of a super smooth refreshingly breathy menthol aloe rub! Love it!
