Mmmmmmm. California Barber is one of my all time favorite scents. Performance is awesome too. Sad to see them go.

I really like this Dr Selby's Soap. Presentation dish is unusual (meaning awesome). Color is a striking green. Lather comes easy like MDC or Caties Bubbles. Creamy and slick when hydrated. The scent is named "lavender" and I am a decided lavender junky. But where other lavenders are very floral, this one is more like the whole plant rather than just the flowers. I really didn't care for the scent at first because I was expecting floral lavender but I have to tell you, this floral/hay/astringent smell has really won me over. I put this is the top both in scent and performance. Selby labels it a cream but it is hard like a triple milled. I've had an eye peeled for some time to pick up another but for a couple of years now it seems the puck is unavailable. I feel fortunate to have this one.
