Olfactory Hue (Cold River Soap Works) agarwood, olibanum, sandalwood
Yesterday's shave with Olfactory Hue was so fine, I thought I'd try it again, just to confirm my suspicion that this may soon be one of my favorite soaps. Though the finish may be a little heavier than a vegetable soap's, the cushion is superb, and the overall feel is just right for this time of year. I haven't noticed, oddly, that this soap is much slicker than other Cold River soaps, but I've always thought that the Select versions were already some of the slipperiest soaps on the shelf.
