First shave in five days due to having the flu and man did I pick the right soap.....
Eufros Premium Select Tallow Fougere
Lathered up, upped my Mergress setting from 3.5 to 4 and even went with shave #3 on the Polsilver blade. The Shave was an amazing 3 pass BBS. The scent of this soap is just divine and post shave one of the best!

Sandalwood (Cold River Soap Works) damp hard woods, nuts & forest earth
(Day 2) — There’s a nutty smell at the heart of this soap, binding together the woods and the dirt and the amber. It’s the smell of a Brazil nut, or something close to that, mild but slightly bitter. There’s also a mustiness to this soap, what the French call pourriture noble, or in English ‘noble rot’. It helps create the illusion of fallen wet trunks, crumbly on the surface, and arrayed with withered mosses and lichen. There's not even a trace of green in this. It's the forest in late autumn or the first days of spring.
