What soap/cream did you use today?

Vintage potassium palmate-first Floris JF shaving soap. It has lost most of its fragrance, but otherwise it makes great lather.

I’d use this soap more often if my wife didn’t burst into singing Rodgers & Hammerstein’s “Eidelweiss” every time I lather it. That was the last song Rodgers & Hammerstein wrote together before Hammerstein died.

I'm still getting used to this soap's performance. The lather's scent is sublime, but it leaves my skin tight and tingly for several hours.
