Last shave was with this scent in the Omnibus base, today was with the Reserve. Hard to complain either way. About anything. But my instincts say my skin/procedure prefers the Reserve (sorry again, Tommynot a diss to Omnibus).
For me, this is the ultimate Fall/Halloween scent. It gives me the impression of a frigid and earthy wind in the face on a pitch black night. Lost, with rotting leaves all around, boots covered in mud, the stink and the sweet. But still, elements of cold, crisp air/wind. I think I like the experience more than the scent itself. But that's okay. Experience is good. I have the EDP, so that says something.

MacDuff's Birch & Root
Bluegrass Dave found me a MacDuff's puck that I really enjoyed. Base can't be faulted. Scent has the right amount of oomph, sweet & bitter twang that really could make for a daily reach. Sign me up for this one.
