I think I might like the scent of the soap even a bit more than Chanel’s Bleu de Chanel…  Confused

It's definitely one of my favorite soaps! Unfortunately CaD314 at PAA has discontinued the scent. I would love for it to make a reappearance.

King of Oud (Wholly Kaw) spiced apples

"Yum!" says my wife as she takes another deep sniff. "I like this one! It smells like mulled cider." "Huh? It's supposed to be oud," I said. "Don't you get some barnyard skank or old worm-eaten wood?" "No, just dried fruit and spices. You should use this one every day! I can smell it all over the house." So I take another sniff and she's right. It's not exactly apple pie coming out of the oven, but it's definitely fruity and complex. The lather, of course, was sublime.

Noble Otter - Lonestar

First time using NH and what a great soap! Great scent on this one as well. Reminds me of PAA Solstice (Which I love) when lathered. Scent is a little on the lighter side than the PAA soap but it's really great

After reading many positive comments about this scent, I decided to get the splash first. Well, it was not at all what I expected… It’s been at least 20 years since I smelled Aramis cologne, but that was the first thing that came to mind when I opened the bottle. Much sharper and more “old-school” than I ever imagined. (Available now in the B/S/T section, if anyone’s interested. Otherwise, I may try to make it work by blending it with something else.)

Indeed, I thought about Solstice, too, when first taking a whiff of the Lonestar sample I have. Noticed that it turns more floral during the shave. A very nice scent that changes in use.
