"Barbershop" brand, made in West Germany.
It was the second brush I had ever ordered online. I got it from APShaveCo's Etsy store, and it already had the 26 mm Tuxedo knot.
It still had the original finish on the wood, but that was beginning to flake so I sanded it down and gave it (two?) coats of Minwax "Helmsman" Clear Spar Urethane.
I also rounded off the end of the handle slightly so as to reduce wear concentrated on the edge, yet it's still flat enough to stand up.
Hanging to dry:
You can never have too many spring clamps.
