I face lather Haslinger 100% of the time, didn't shave today so tried my hand at bowl lathering it with a RR Plissoft.

The end result of about 15-20sec of loading and then whipping it up in a dry bowl scuttle.

This is the general appearance and consistency of my daily shaves with Haslinger. Thick, creamy, lots of sheen and wet but stable.

hrfdez Seaweed, my least favorite.

At least one other member on B&B who is a fan, along with myself, find it may lack a bit of the quality of the others.

It may be in my head, but who knows.

And that's the one I like the best. Ha, ha. These things are so individual, aren't they?

I'm coming up on 12 months of using Haslinger exclusively. I cheated a few times and used IM when camping, but nothing else.

I will finish out December with my DIY Haslinger Cream, then finish off a few non-Haslinger soaps, try a few that caught my eye in 2016 and likely get back to using Haslinger again.

It's still my favorite soap, despite the small size and mild, one note scents.  In fact, those are some of the reasons I enjoy it so much....aside from the phenomenal performance.

Here is my Haslinger cream in case anyone was curious
