Insomniac, I know I'm in keto' because I went through keto flu and I'm losing weight, but the test strips definitely had me wondering. Your explanation makes sense. Me too on my breakfast staples... eggs, cheese, and meat are my top contenders.

Too many carbs this AM. I had some plain whole milk Greek yogurt but added some carb based granola to it for crunch and flavor. Then had some meat. I've been finding myself grazing for breakfast when I don't have a plan. The hens need to start laying more frequently (we actually need new hens). I really dislike store bought eggs and won't buy them.
