Astra SP, they always give me an uncomfortable shave.

Clayton, while I realize that blades are most definitely YMMV and do not dispute in the least that you get uncomfortable shaves, I am somewhat surprised only because they tend to get more respect from wet shavers than so many others.

I'm suprised too Freddie. The Astra's are made in the same plant as my Gillette Yellows, and Polsilvers, and I get along with them just fine.

Fair enough as I am not a fan of the Gillette 7 O' Clock Yellows. Smile

Freddie, I wonder what makes them different?. It would be interesting to take a tour of the plant. It's too bad Gillette doesn't still make blades, and razors here in the United States.

Dorco 301 worked for me.

I posted this somewhere else. A fellow then tried a 301 . He then posted that he was surprised that they were so good.

I believe that this is the correct name.
