Congratulations, John. Those sticks are superb and, thankfully, haven't given me a reaction, unlike the No.89 pucks. Use them as intended. The soap is pretty soft and a doddle to rub on the face.

Thanks, David. For some reason I just don't like rubbing a shave soap stick on my face as much as building lather in a bowl or scuttle. But maybe I'll give it another try.

I have some cream samples coming, castle Forbes, dr harris, and gft. Which ever performs best I'll order full size. Too afraid to have too many creams because they'll dry out or go bad before I go through them.

They are having a sale now. $56.15 Shipped

I collaborated with Scott at @"landlgrooming"  on another custom brush handle.

Challenge: a peacock feather. This was the image he used for inspiration.

And created this:

Challenge accepted and met Smile Should be here later today which was a really quick turn on a superb looking brush along with some custom soaps to boot.

I'm getting a tube of the old version of Acqua di Parma shaving cream, with which I'll sort of superlather with the old version cream soap in the jar. An experiment.

A backup jar of the original Acqua di Parma "Colonia" shaving cream soap. I had to set my alarm and get up at 3:30 am to win its auction on eBay, but I think it was worth it.

I have some new soap, from a new artisan that just hit "the scene" in the last month. I should be able to get my first shave with it this evening as it is officially "Out for Delivery" as of 10am this morning...

Nuavia blu and rossa, as well as the pure20 vetiver. This is going to be the last soap purchase I make for the foreseeable future, since I've gotten a little too far down the rabbit hole.
