I noticed that our profiles contain a variable referred to a " warning level". If this variable actually means something, I think it only fair to [1] make sure people know this variable exist, and [2] provide as specific as possible what it means; e.g., X value gets you temporarily banned and Y means permanent banning. I know it is likely to refer to a member's undesirable behavior, but if you are actually going to quantify this, the underlying parameters should be listed somewhere.
Just my 2 cents, but the act of banning can be very subjective and applied with a somewhat personal agenda in mind.
