I was gifted some samples recently and shaved with a couple of them recently. MaDuff's soap base is among the best in the business as I've said before and there are some very nice scents as well. There really is something for everyone from sophisticated to rustic and earthy. comments:
Raspberry Metheglin - this is a raspberry forward with a hint of something honey like summer scent. Very nice and refreshing.
Sea To Sky - I get a very pleasant aquatic scent from this one, also refreshing.
I have yet to try the Royal Earl Grey sample - I'm not sure how it will be as I'm generally not a tea scent fan but we'll see how it smells lathered up. Stay tuned.
Its full on fall up here in the North country so I'm enjoying the fall scents - Autumn Cabin is really good. I have about 85% of a tub left so I won't be picking another one up in the latest release but I will be getting the Haunted Cabin. Excited about that one. I do like the spooky fall/halloween LEs but I must admit that I am not a fan of gory, frightening or disturbing branding that we sometimes see. Yes call me Mr. Chicken but I prefer not to have disturbing images of decaying corpses in mind while shaving. I think Sean has hit the right note of spooky with Haunted Cabin. I know how it will perform but how will it smell?
