Underrated Soaps? Please recommend some.

I really wish Lee would change his tins to use either bigger tins like Mike's or plastic tubs.  I don't like having globs of soap running all over the place and getting wasted because the tin is too small...  heck, I think using smaller tubs like the ones used for latha would be a step up, imho.

I think this holds people back from trying the soaps, probably myself included.

I will admit I don't like the tins either (the HTGAM tin I had started to get rusty and just kind of nasty looking.).  I actually scoop some out and put it in one of my Pyrex containers.  I actually prefer these to a lot of the containers other than the glass part.  I like that Stirling still gives the option of puck or container.  I wish more did.

I think I saw that happen with a tin of Mike's I have..on the lid or something. I'll have to check later.

I admit I don't buy his products anymore because of the tins, or any other soaps that come in metal tins for that matter.

I used plenty of this when I first got into Wet Shaving as it was cheap and easily found. I don't know what makes one cream worth $70 and this one $7. Marketing, hooplah, fancy containers and fancy online stores I guess.

Great performer, never out of stock, no formula changes, no drama and a variety of scents.

This one is my wife's, but I decided to give it another go tonight. Loved it,no issues and as slick as I remembered.

This cream really is good and one of the few decent lathering soaps/creams that I can find locally. I have three different bottles and recently stumbled across a bottle of KMF unscented that was packed away. I prefer scented soaps/creams, but I thought maybe this would be an excellent candidate for super lathers. The adventure continues....

brucered , I have also wondered what makes some so precious that you have to pay 10 times the price.
