It's sharp and it cuts. I like it...
Northeast, USA
Tried these few soaps from TSE (The Soap Exchange) Cherry Bomb, Blood Orange and the one I used this evening Black Tux. All Tallow based. Excellent scents with really good performance. They've been around for a couple of years, but hardly any mention of them anywhere. They deserve some love......

Not really fond of the esoteric~spiritually charged themes for Oueen soaps.

I have to agree with yo on the performance of SS - I think their scents are mediocre which is why I was disappointed I was unable to get hold of a tub of their collaboration soap with Chatillon Lux Delors de Treget scent. SS soap base with a CL scent has to be awesome. In my opinion.

I hate I missed out on that too. If they can up the scent game they will be tough to beat.

Precisely the reason I haven't tried Sudsy Soapery yet. I had a chance to sniff all of them when I was at Maggard's and didn't like any of them enough to buy.

Some good soap suggestions in here.

I will +1 Sudsy, its incredible soap however the scents leave much to be desired personally. The scent differences between batches is also annoying/perplexing

I only saw this listed once and it's Lisa's Natural Herbal Creations. The original line is stellar and the premium line is even better, prices are the best part

Here's an artisan I didn't see mentioned once but their soap is very, very good. Long Rifle. If earthy, woody is your thing, git sum! Scents arent bathroom bombs but you dont have to 'search' for them either

I've thought about Long Rifle but never pulled the trigger Big Grin , I couldn't resist. I'll check out Lisa's

edit - I went to Lisa's website and ordered a couple of shaving and bath soaps - interesting looking scents and ingredients. I am so weak.

I really like Hawkeye and Leatherstocking from Long Rifle

Lisa's Black Velvet, Amber & Tobacco, Tobacco & Bay and Gentlemans Lavender. Black Velvet is a favorite summer scent. Florida Freeze is a great menthol too
