So...I won a traditional Kamisori from the facebook honing group. I have never tried to hone anything asymmetrical before, save for some cheap kitchen knives that were single bevel. This is different...it isn;t a single bevel, it is just an asymmetrical bevel. Beveled and ground on both sides, just to different degrees.
Which means I have no clue how to hone it properly...
So any input anyone might have as to what techniques I should try, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
