I followed the link offered by linuxguile and confirmed by Lipripper660 and ordered 250 Lab blues from huizamx on eBay.  The listing read:

"THESE BLADES ARE THE GENUINE PERSONNA
MADE IN U.S.A PTFE COMFORT COATED
SUPER STAINLESS STEEL  BLADES ALSO KNOWN AS
AND COMMONLY CALLED LAB BLUES"

I got 250 blades in a plain brown box.  So far, so good, except that ... Personna apparently still retains talented kindergarteners with Sharpies, because unlike the etched version, mine still look like this:

Are they "Lab Blues" (whatever "Lab Blue" means, as it does not appear to be a Personna trademark)?  My guess is that they arguably could legally be called "Lab Blues".  But are they the same "Lab Blues" as the etched ones that Lipripper660 received?  Brother Lipripper's experience suggests that they are not.  My admittedly limited experience suggests that the "K-Sharpie" variety of "Lab Blues" are meh, and - not that it is a big deal - but I will never see the $18 bucks they cost me again.

My main takeaway:  I have no reason to doubt that all made in the USA Personna's are either Med Preps or "Lab Blues" (whatever "Lab Blue" means), but I cannot help but question whether all Lab Blues are created equal.

Same seller I ordered from, mine were laser etched.

I do understand that Andrew.  I was not trying to suggest that you provided the wrong link - sorry if that was not clear.  I was trying to warn others.

BTW they have been re-listed at $20.00, up from $18.00.

My second box arrived today.  They too are etched.  I still wouldn’t give up on them though.  I cannot say with surety that the kindergarten printed and the etched are not in fact the exact same blade.  I may have gotten a perfect blade or box of blades that everything in the factory was “just right” and on the average everything is identical.  If there is a difference it’s only in a couple of shaves and the ones we bought are under eight cents a blade.  How do you beat that?  I didnt notice any difference for the first three or four shaves. And if you don’t like em, someone will surely take them off your hands on the BST.

Another day with the original etched blade and still getting it done.  No noticable performance decline.  Perhaps tomorrow? 6 shaves on this blade so far.

I contacted the seller, huizamx.  He replied within a day, apologizing, explaining that he cannot inspect every box, and offering to send me replacements that look like the "etched" blades (which were depicted in his offering).  He also said I could either keep the "kindergartener" blades or send them back to him.  He said I would have to "to wait a couple of days for a new batch of boxes to arrive".

I thanked him, said I would wait, and offered to return the blades if he sent me a shipping label.  Yesterday morning, he once again relisted the blades (here), and this latest listing shows the "etched" version, so I hope to have a new box on the way from him in a day or two.

Stay tuned.
