Per Twitter Joe is initially making 1200 and it is posted on IB website if you want to be notified when in stock via email. Made of 100% 316 stainless steel.

I never heard the birdie saying anything regarding number quantities, but if brings in 1200 razors in stock in the first shot, they will be available for purchase for probably at least 24 hours, hopefully that number is accurate.

I can't find any other mention of $60 on his twitter. Also, no mention of 1200 razors being in stock.

I'm also wondering, where did the "3-4+ weeks" figure come from? That seems rather excessive. The pages usually get put up pretty close to the release date.

Perhaps this is from experience — Joe once posted on Instagram that the MJ-90 was “7–10 days away,” but then it actually took about three weeks for it to go on sale, so maybe this is a more realistic estimate.

Agree, he usually tells me more less when an item should arrive but he can be off. For example he mails me back and says the SS Hawk should be in the store in 1-2 days. Couple hours past I have my lunch and accidently open Twitter and would you look at that Joe tweeted 1 min a go that the Hawk is in the store, lucky me I opened twitter 1 minute after he tweeted.... The razors sold out in less than 10 minutes. So the birdie was little bit off with the timing lol

I concur with my friend Mark, I want it but don't need it. Would be happy to try it if it's available and affordable.
My RAD has severely dwindled but there's still a few that makes me curious from time to time.

Sort of same for me, I honestly refuse to pay big bucks for software or hardware. My only expensive razors are Rockwell 6S, Supply provision 3 plates, RR Wunderbar, RR SS Hawk, and the rest are Gems, Fatips and Pearl razors... inexpensive but all brass razors and they perform well and I can tell they will last long time. As for software all my soaps are from Razorock that I get them on sale for 3-5 bucks and I think I have around 10 of them but I still restrain from using them yet because I have some Palmolive,Niveas,Arko and Derbys cream/sticks I need to finish first. Got 4 brushes 2 synthetic, 1 boar and 1 badger all of them are from Razorock AKA cheap but they rock, same for his soaps awesome performance and scent its great!

Whats wrong with you men? This is no politics or religious institution or a very important job.... " Verifying Claims".... you see what you wrote there? its just a shaving forum, a thread posted regarding a razor.... Oh I got to verify this info because its a life and death matter.

Read what I wrote, I heard it from a Canadian birdie via email that the razor should hit stores around 3-4+ weeks and price should be $60.

Canadian birdie = Joe is Canadian isn't he?

price tag $60 = now why is this so hard to believe? if he sells Ti razor that takes 3 times longer to machine vs SS version and it cost $100, then he sells alu/titanium version for $40 that probably twice faster to produce vs SS version, then why is it hard to believe that $60 for the Mamba is absurd? I mean FFS the Hawk SS should give you an idea...

Was that spoon feeding satisfactory for you? did it verify your so called VIP Verifying Claims needs?
