Tallow + Steel

So the wife surprised me tonight with Sicily and Madagascar.  After the initial sniffing, I have to say these are both excellent scents, but the Madagascar is amazing!   I can’t stop smelling it!

Completely agree! These new scents from T&S are top notch, I have a serious addiction to Madagascar!

I've seen this question asked a few times elsewhere, but thought I'd see what folks following this thread think.

If you use and alcohol AS in addition to the T+S Toner, what sequence do you use to apply them? Do you allow for drying time in between?

I sometimes use an alcohol aftershave in addition to the T+S aftershave.  I always use the alcohol first because I like the burn.  I give it a few minutes then use the T+S.  The T+S has a bunch a good skin food in it that I want to leave on my face.

Make sure you clean that tub up prior to use.

Nice score! I don’t remember how many were made, but less than 100. It was a group-buy for a wetshaving forum in France - the other one we made for them, they named Rootbeer Saloon.

Probably too soon to ask, but Ryan, you mentioned that you plan to drop a couple of the old scents. Can you say which ones? I'm getting low on West Indies, and it's still my personal all time favorite soap, so don't want to miss out. If I could only have one soap, that would be the one.

West Indies won’t go anywhere unless we run out of West Indies Bay oil which is near impossible to get right now. We bought a lot of it in 2017 to stock up as it was becoming in short supply.

No plans to discontinue any yet - but West Indies will stay!

Some new stuff coming soon, as well as a limited run of Dark sometime this winter.
