Cool looking label, T&S makes a great soap, and CL is known for complex scents, so the combination sounds fitting. Used T&S Dark a few days ago and got a smooth shave. Enjoy!

Ryan, what is the image in the background of the YRP label. It is very nice but I need to know.
Thanks

The background image comes from a 1930s postcard featuring the Lily Ponds in Tower Grove Park, the park that inspired the scent.

The label was designed by /u/La_Yerba_Mate on Reddit.

Received the Dark soap and splash from the sale and used today. This is good stuff. I like how each scent component mingles together, none over power the other.

Feels like getting one more T+S... Which one you all prefer? Grog or Classic?

Of the two you mentioned, I would give the edge to grog which is the T&S version of bay rum. Classic is very nice also; the bergamot and anise shine. The good news is that you can't go wrong. Which do you have already?

I already have Rainforest and Dark, I prefer the Dark slightly though. Is grog really a straight bay rum?

Grog is not a traditional bay rum. It is the T&S interpretation of it. At least that is how Ryan described it in an email a while back. The Bay and key lime are prominent.

Like Mark said, it's a unique take on it. Some of the resemblances we've heard are to lime bubble gum, coke bottle candies, and cocktail bitters. Hope you enjoy it!

There are a few extra Yuzu/Rose/Patchouli soaps from the Tallow + Steel / Chatillon Lux group buy available on our website for anyone who missed it.

Cheers.
