This is another winner. Any chance you will be doing another run of vide pouche?  I missed that one. Your collaboration with Chatillon Lux has been fantastic!

Wow, all sold out already.  When Ryan @ Tallow + Steel PMd me that some from the second run were still available I was at my coffeehouse and didn't want to put my personal information in on an open unsecure Wi-Fi spot so waited until I got home to place my order.  I guess I was lucky because had I known they were going to sell out that fast I would have gone home immediately to place my order.  (I live just across the street from my coffeehouse.)

Ryan wasn't kidding about same day shipping, either.  When I got up this morning there was already an e-mail that my order had shipped.

The funny thing is that I got my introduction to Tallow + Steel when andrewjs18 sold me the Classic shaving soap and matching aftershave splash because he wasn't wild about the scent.  Before this came about, kwsher encouraged me to try T+S so I thought Andrew's B/S/T was the perfect opportunity.  Ryan made a lighthearted comment that he was sad to see his soap on the B/S/T and this was the first time it had happened.  He needn't have been concerned because I liked the scent and by the second shave I was blown away by everything about the soap, so much so that I regretted not getting in on the first offer of the Yuzu/Rose/Patchouli offering.  When the opportunity presented itself again, I not only ordered a Y/R/P for me but also another Classic for a friend who needs to be introduced to the joys of Tallow + Steel. . In the end it all turned out great so another big thank you to Ryan and hawns at Chatillon Lux.

Happy to do it! It was a fun project, and I selfishly love getting to use a soap with one of my scents in it. It's even better that two soapmakers I've worked with make amazing soaps.

I hope there will be a collab for unconditional surrender. smells sooooo good

Hi Ryan, Happy New Year - can you tell me if you will also be selling the Blackberry Blossom Bay - Chatillon Lux collaboration soap from your Canada based online store? hawns has indicated that he will be selling the post shave products and the soap from his USA based store but was uncertain on what your plans were. I know that we Canadians represent a tiny percentage of the wet shaving world but I do try to obtain Canadian made products directly from the source rather than via the US. No reason to cross the border twice. If you are going to be selling it, will you be doing the pre-order model like you did with Yuzu Rose Patchouli?

My wallet say no, but my heart say yes

I have yet to try this stuff, the price is just beyond my comfort zone, or justifying it to my wife, but one day I'll bite the bullet... Probably with the coming Chatillon Lux stuff
