Of course not all (including me) are moving on. That's just the the way it is. Part of it is, "The next best thing phenomenon." People used to keep and use things for longer (Yes I'm showing my age lol). Now people drop whatever they have as soon as something new comes out even though they have no idea if that new thing is any better. I can remember a few years ago talking to a coworker about the newest iPhone coming out.
"So it really doesn't do anything better than the last one?"
"Yeah, but it has a fingerprint scanner."
"So what does it do better than the last one?"
"I don't know, but it has a fingerprint scanner."
