I’m no Max and I’m no Tony but I could eat both of them under the table! Due to some new dietary restrictions for my lovely bride I’ve been messing with trying to make wheat bread appealing to her. I grind my own flour and grew up with a crock of starter on the counter but never have I made sourdough bread let alone whole grain sourdough. She ain't pretty but I’m sure having fun. This is the second loaf. The first was even uglier. Tasty though.

Ugly, shmugly; that looks delicious. I'm with Max on this, some butter and jam on my slice, as well.
