250g Home-Milled Hard White Wheat
483g Organic Bread Flour
140g Dark Rye Sourdough Starter
Tweeked my baking time
20 minutes covered @500˚
15 minutes uncovered @450˚
3 minutes left in cracked oven with heat off.
Not so dark as last time, but still good blistering.
