The brush once again lathered up the old soap very nicely and applied it beautifully. My neck arthritis was hurting a lot this morning, so the ease of use of the brush was really appreciated. I am grateful for the opportunity to try the Black Eagle. I have not tried a Wiborg, but I think if I were to buy a new brush now, it probably would be one of these (if I could find one), rather than a DG, M&F, or Paladin.
