SOTD 7-13 February 2016

Saturday night:
Great shave with the Blackbird and the Dorco Platinum on its 4th day. I'm impressed. Lathered up the Jon's Classic (thanks Nathan) with el Alluminati and finished with 'ol Scoop AS. Irritation free excellent results.
It's warming up here in Thailand so I was happy to rinse with cool water.

So I was relieved when I suffered no ill effects from the Earl Grey & Ginger. Typically dense and ridiculous volume was produced by this soap and was a real pleasure and the accompanying balm was nice and dried quickly giving a nice smooth face feel.

This was my first proper use of my new brush and having not realised the loft would be a bit shorter than I'm accustomed to I was a tad concerned with regards to the amount of lather it would be capable of holding for 3 passes. I needn't have worried it created and held lather like a champ for the full 3 passes.

I bought a PAL Adjustable a while back and having used it only 5 times I'm probably being a bit quick to judge but I'm not really feeling it either. I've only tried the Chinese Schick blades in it so far but so far........meh!
