Away from home Tuesday SOTD
Had a few extra minutes this morning at the hotel so I did a quick SOTD. In case you have ever wondered, CVS pharmacy blades are not that bad. Still kicking myself for forgetting, of all things, my blades!

Tabacstag Nostalgia
I used my Dad's last boar brush today, and my Aristocrat that is similar to the one he used. I remember him using Tabac soap, though he almost always used Aqua Velva Ice Blue aftershave. This was a superb shave- the brush was not as scratchy as I thought it would be, though it has much more backbone than my synthetics and badgers. Tabac yielded optimal lather, as usual, which went on as easily as my Aristocrat took it off. Three drama free passes and my face is smooth and comfortable. The only reason I don't use this razor every day is that the smooth feeling lasts longer when I use my Futur. Tabac aftershave tones and softens my skin while soothing, though today I did not need much.
Prep: WSP Tobacco PSO
Soap: Tabac!
Brush: c40 Boar
Razor: 1948 Gillette Aristocrat
Blade: Personna Lab Blue
AS: Tabac!
