BRUSH: Frank Shaving Finest Badger.
SOAP: The Real Shave Co. Original Shave Cream No2.
BOWL: Yoresh Electric.
RAZOR: Valet VC1 Chrome (Stainless?)
BLADE: Feather FHS-5. First shave (The redeeming shave). Top notch.
PASSES: 3 + Minor touch up.
SHAVE: The very best.
AFTER SHAVE: Old Spice.

I owe Valet an apology for bad mouthing them. With the proper diet (FHS-5) they rank among the best.
Notice how the junks are well behind it now.

Mickey, you're making me think I should try one of my Valet AutoStrop razors again. I have tried using the Feather blade but don't remember the shaves positively. Maybe it was my technique. It has been long enough that perhaps it is time to give it one more try. Confused2

Wash - Meissner Tremonia Puristic
Prep - Noxzema / Hot towel
Pre shave - Proraso
Razor – Rockwell 6S (Plate 4)
Blade – Timor
Brush - 'Jade' (Rooney Heritage 2XL Jade)
Soap – Phoenix and Beau Unscented
Post - Witch Hazel

Well, here is my 1st shave with the Rockwell 6S (v2). 3 days of stubble, so I've chosen plate 4 with a Timor... a blade that worked well with both the Weber, and Ikon B1 Deluxe....WOW, what a wonderfully smooth shave, but maybe a touch too much for me. I will try it with a Zorrik next... a blade that totally took me by surprise, before I make a move to plate 3. Yeah, so glad to have found the Rockwell 6S!! It well rocks!  Happy2
