Boar brushes, brass razors, and hard pucks ARE traditional wet shaving. Everything else is modern day fluff for the girly men.

It's like the blues, the best stuff comes from dead guys.

Prep: Cold water

Brush: Chubby 2 Synthetic

Razor: Wr2 1.55 with Tibam Ti handle

Blade: Wizamet (3)

Lather: Barrister and Mann Rhapsody Soft-Heart

Lather Bowl: Captains Choice Heavy Cooper

Post Shave: Gentleman’s Nod Zaharoff

Post Shave: Barrister and Mann Rhapsody Balm

Notes:

I had been using badgers the last few shaves and I forgot how great this Chubby 2 synthetic is. It is very dense, even though there is some variability in the knots.

I need to remind myself to use more soap. Why ration it so carefully when it will take years to use my current stash?

My last shave with the wr2 1.55 before returning it to its owner. I enjoyed my time you. I could shave with you daily if I owned you, but alas I don’t. I also enjoyed this Tibam handle, so much so that I ordered one just now from YAZON 87 .

Hope you all are having nice shaves.
