I have to admit that I had not used any shaving creams for a few years despite having several tubes in a drawer. With whollykaw releasing a shaving cream (La Superieure Dulci  Tobacco) my interest was renewed. Seriously, everything Sri does is amazing. I ordered some in back order and hopefully won’t have to wait too long to receive it but in the meantime I decided to make this week shaving cream week. So far I’ve used Monday-L’Occitane Cade, Tuesday-Musgo Real orange amber, Wednesday-I Coloniali, today will be Ach Brito Lavanda, Friday-La Toja and Saturday maybe a GFT or DRH or even Nivea sensitive. We’ll see what grabs me. I’ve been using a Rockwell 6s with an Astra green blade. My shaves have been really great. Honestly, these shaving creams have been on par with the top soaps that I’ve been using.  The Nivea has always been a great performer at a very reasonable price point.

Thanks Sri, for reminding me how good shaving creams can be. I’m really looking forward to trying Wholly Kaw’s contribution to the world of shaving cream.  Happy2

Hi Dan, thanks for the offer but I’m ok waiting. If nothing else, aging has taught me patience. It took a lot longer than I would have liked though

So the AB Lavanda was ok. Not as slick as the others I’ve used this week and I’m not crazy about their take on lavender. Kind of a plastic smell to my nose. Oh well, can’t love em all.

Ariana and Evans shaving cream (Face Spackle) is absolutely incredible.
I wish they would offer other scents... Not a fan of the Barbershop (or anyone's)......... Because none of them smell like a barbershop (totally different topic though).
Performance-wise, it's as good as, if not better than, Kaizen. Truth.

Hi Marko,

Thank you for the shout out. Appreciate it.  Your order with the shave cream is going out today.  You should be receiving the shipping notification by end of day today.

The creams are now packaged in taller jars with an inner disc to prevent the cream from sticking to the underside of the lid.  Hope you love it.

their shaving serum is decent. I use it here and there when I shave my head. the scent is meh though...cloyingly sweet, at times.

I have used a load of creams years ago and most shaved great. Where they fell flat was against the variety of scents artisanal soaps offer.

This new dulce Tobacco scent is lovely. My second favourite Wholly Kaw scent after The Dance of Agrumes & Rose Concerto tie.
