I like it for blending with other cheap soaps, like Arko or Wilkinson Sword. It mellows out the objectionable scent.
The Nivea+WS is what I call my "Blue Monday" blend.

Nero graciously sent me a sample of the barbershop face spackle from A&E. I was finally able to get around to trying it out last night for my shave...

true to form, I changed absolutely nothing in how I shave and such. I went 14 days between shaves. the cream is fairly soft, though not soft enough to warrant being in a squeezable tube. that said, I scooped a pretty decent amount out of the sample jar with my finger and rubbed it directly onto my fairly wet neck. I then proceeded to face lather as usual. this stuff is pretty impressive for being so cheap! easily whipped up into a nice lather, held a good amount of water and worked well for me!

the barbershop scent is decent, probably somewhat similar to Mike's barbershop scent, if my sniffer remembers correctly...

anyways, I'll definitely be picking up some of this stuff in the future.

Confused2 I had to look that up to see that they actually call it that.
I think that's fairly hilarious.

Glad you like it Andrew. I agree, it's excellent stuff. Need more scents!

That was my thinking for a long time; I actually found creams to work a bit better for me, but the variety of scents wasn't there.

That's improving, though, with more artisans getting into creams. I've been using WSP & Stone Cottage, & have my eye on Wholly Kaw.

What really motivated the switch to creams was picking up a Henson razor, I've found it to work much better with creams than soaps.
