Razor: Rex Ambassador (3)
Blade: Voskhod (1)
Brush: Rick Montalvo mixed
Pre shave: Stirling mentholated
Soap: Soapy Science Lollipop Citrus
Lucky Tiger face tonic

Great shave this morning with the Ambassador! Three pass with touch up left me near BBS.
Used a Voskhod for today's shave, they've never been my favorite and still not but it performed well enough.
Have a great day![Image: b10e9e467f9afb58cf2e061447d7ef19.jpg]

Another great shave with the REX. Performed brilliantly as this is graduation no.#2 this week as my oldest daugther graduates from High School. Pulled out all the stops today and the REX plus todays components nailed it. Full of emotions today and they are slowly building of happiness, jubilation and some sadness. It’s going to be a good day, though I can feel the tears will be running shortly....
Great day and shaves to all....

What is that Yaqi like? Does it have much of a glue bump.?

I had two good shaves with my REX. I took @86-foxtrot's advice and used a steeper angle. Instantly saw the positive impact.

Looking forward to having better shaves in the future.

Another great shave from the Rex this morning! Upped the setting to 4, tossed in a fresh Polsilver SI for an irritation free BBS shave.

Polsilver is in my top 3. In no particular order: Feather, Personna Red (Israeli version), Polsilver.

I'm still on my first blade (Polsilver) in my Rex. It's still super smooth going on its 8th shave.

So I have shaved with my Rex Ambassador daily for a week straight now. It is just a superb razor. I took a break tonight to compare it with my favorite razor: the Paradigm 17-4 with a Feather blade on its 4th use.

I used the same technique, the same amount of passes. Just different razor and blade combination. The Rex rivals the shave quality I get from the 17-4. I find the Paradigm is just a touch smoother but the Rex got me just a smidgen closer. They both shave nearly equal.

I'd be hard pressed to pick one over the other. They are both my holy grail razors and all other razors fail in comparison for smoothness and efficiency. You really outdid yourself Matt. [Image: 10bb2a4ebd63787b6760312340fa5a60.jpg]
