So glad everything worked out for. It would have been nice if they would have just stepped up to the plate from the beginning, but we all gotta make our own beds...

With that said, I, too, would be interested in a comprehensive overview of the websites and companies listed under this parent, as I would like to avoid giving them my business at all possible costs...

So far Classic Shaving and StraightRazor dot com are off the market for me...

I'm sorry that you had to go through this bad experience with The Grooming Network, Classic Shaving, Michael P , but am glad it has worked out to your satisfaction in the end!

FWIW, I'm a former customer of Classic Shaving now, too. I have never had a problem with things I've bought from them, but that's when you find out their true colors: when something is wrong. I was also not aware that Classic Shaving had been sold. I thought I was still dealing with the same vendor as always. All of this sounds like more bs than I'm willing to deal with from anyone.

Hopefully, The Grooming Network will learn from this, although I doubt it. Good customer service is very important in this hobby of ours and not much can stay hidden.

Dragging up an old thread here...
I recently acquired a King Cobra classic and it has the same slanted head that the OP displayed.
After asking another owner and seeing photos of the same 'slant', plus being assured from CC themselves that some of them were, in fact, made that way, I was wondering if anyone else has one that can confirm that it has no effect on the performance.

I ask because it hasn't worked out for me, but if that's due to a design flaw, then I'm stuck with it. If the design flaw isn't an issue, performance-wise, then I at least have the option of moving it to a new owner without regret, and with full disclosure.

I'm sorry to hear about the bad experience with Classic Shaving. I recently obtained a King Cobra razor myself though on the secondary market but now I'm hesitant to do direct business with TGN altogether.

This is exactly what we all need right now. I mean, everything around is evolving so fast that we are not able to keep track of it anymore, but what we can do is to stay informed and be prepared to what we are going to adapt to! All I want to say is that those POS technologies are really capable of turning around a lot of businesses in a good way. For example, here meaning of POS is what POS stands for and when you will understand this and what it have to do with satisfied customers, you will get my idea!
