I buffer anyways whether aggressive or mild razor, no buffering and no touch ups highly unlikely you will ever achieve BBS.

For example Seygus all brass razor with the Derby blades, 3 passes, some buffing = BBS

Merkur Futur on level #6 with Feather blade and I still need buffing and touch up to achieve BBS.

It is not the razors fault, or the coarse hair, its adjusting your shaving angle, slight pressure if needed depending on the aggressivnes, weight of the razor and the blade. I have been shaving for little over 2 months, got 8 razors so far and shave with all of them mild or super aggressive, don't matter to me and yes I do have sensitive skin. My opinion if you got it in you, you will pick up the DE shaving trade in few weeks, if not oh well... maybe you will get in a year?

Not sure if you did the right thing or not, didn't read trough out the whole of your post sorry lol
Haha. It is fine sir. Thank you very much. I feel like I share a fraction of the fault and I was trying to do the right thing.
But I do not want to say who it is. I just wanted others to be aware and ask for guidance.

Is all your fault, people with coarse hair should not be allowed to shave..... Smile

Jk brother, just trying to lighten things up a bit. :-)

I was in the 50/50 camp until the A word showed up, big No in my book.

Dear sir, it's Gustavo from Seygusrazor. You can solve it returning the razor, which I send to the address you email me. You seemed in a rush to get the razor and I send when I left my daily job, before the post office were closed.
My brother in law and myself has the Seygus as a hobby and most of the time trust everybody, you included. This is not our business, we just sell from time to time, and most of the time the stock is very short. When you asked for the razor you sound eager, but we just have two units. Now there is none of that model which it is not planned to made again.
Regarding you, opening this thread just shows your willing to punish me for being diligent and customer oriented. Unfortunately, you chance your mind but without telling about it to me. So, I did my job.
You have two choice, return the razor, for which you didn't pay a penny -I paid first class shipment to your address, remember, sir?- or go on with this speaking up.
Its up to you, obviously.
To me, trust people never is a fault, perhaps a naive behaviour. I'm naive. Thank goodness.
I will forget the incident and just hope you return the razor. The shipment it will cost you just a third of what I have paid before. Don't know, actually, why you can't afford that, as far as there is some responsibility on your shoulders.

So glad to see you being generous when there are others watching. I have sent you another email regarding splitting the cost of the shipping. And this was not to punish you. It was not intended to do so. I wanted to see if I was in the wrong or poor customer service. The title indicates this. I was very polite to you in my emails and you have not given me the same courtesy. I have offered to ship it it iback but you weren't so kind to me on the emails afterwards. I was eager and you have yet to answer my question to why you have not sent the invoice prior to shipment. Please read my last email as my offer. I was generous and polite to you sir. Since you weren't as nice, I think it is only fair for you not to be asking for me to ship the razor. However...I do not wish to discuss how we will settle this in the open. Please read my email.
I will delete this forum once things are settled.
