Can you not refuse receipt? I don't know about where you are, but here, if something comes to my house that is damaged or unwanted, I simply refuse it, and it goes back to the sender, no postage required...

This is very unfortunate. You replied politely even though he called you what he called you. Points to you. It's the first time I read about a seller who dispatches the merchandise before the receipt of the total payment for it. Who does that nowadays? It's not your fault, no doubt on that. You don't even owe him your kind words. You asked for an invoice, the seller delayed on sending it, you changed your mind and that's it.

I guess OP your speaking of the Seygus razor, let me say this its a mild razor but efficient and if you know how to shave with mild razor you will achieve BBS shaves with little bit of buffering. I buffer anyways whether aggressive or mild razor, no buffering and no touch ups highly unlikely you will ever achieve BBS.
For example Seygus all brass razor with the Derby blades, 3 passes, some buffing = BBS
Merkur Futur on level #6 with Feather blade and I still need buffing and touch up to achieve BBS.
It is not the razors fault, or the coarse hair, its adjusting your shaving angle, slight pressure if needed depending on the aggressivnes, weight of the razor and the blade. I have been shaving for little over 2 months, got 8 razors so far and shave with all of them mild or super aggressive, don't matter to me and yes I do have sensitive skin. My opinion if you got it in you, you will pick up the DE shaving trade in few weeks, if not oh well... maybe you will get in a year?
