With all of the other topics and conversations I was wondering what everyone does for physical activity or if you choose not to do any at all. I myself like to run three days a week and do a full body workout twice a week. Occasionally I will add in some single track mountain biking. What is your poison?

Hiking/backpacking (see photo threads), but I have one of those bowflex M5s for all the days in between hikes.

I run. Well, at least I like to think I do since I haven't in too long. Need to lace up and get ready for fall marathons.

I also enjoy plyometric workouts and occasionally yoga with the Mrs.

Mountain/Road biking and gym. I have my own gym at home, so I work out regularly.

I walk a good couple miles, sometimes daily for my job then go home and chase my kids around the yard and house. Not much time for anything else lol.

I'm a tall, fat guy...

for the past 6-7 months or so, I've been hitting the weights 4X week and then cardio 2X a week.

Have a small home gym, just the basics but that's good enough. Was going pretty regularly but then I injured my shoulder a bit, couldn't do anything for about a month and just getting back into it now.

Aside from that I end up walking for about 40 minutes a day (4 x 10 mins) just to go to wherever I'm working.

For me, it's just walking but I do enjoy it.  I tend to be a brisk walker so even if I just walk a mile or so I feel as if I'm getting a bit of decent exercise in.  I have never been a gym bunny and the very thought horrifies me so brisk walking it is. Smile

Used to run but knees aren't recovering like they used to.

Saving up to get the recumbent bike I want to do HIIT via the Sprint 8 protocol.
