Royal Mail got to me in Vermont in a week at most from Hitchin. I have total faith in mail regardless of country. They all work hard. Good on them.

vtmax Do you opt to pay additional for the tracking number; or absolutely no issues with deliveries? Personally, I have zero experience Royal Mail so I am going by online reviews. To be honest, I just don't do much international shipping...

Royal Mail are pretty solid. We use them for domestic and international shipping and have had single figure issues with them in six and a half months of trading. They also handle our stockist orders and we've had zero issues in that regard. If it were me I would always spend a little extra and get that tracking code. I like to be able to see how my order is getting on and where it is, etc. The additional £4.25 ($5.51) to the US (tracked) is, for me, completely worth the peace of mind.

Afternoon everyone,

Well we've a busy week lined up, and no mistake. Tomorrow at midday (GMT) we will be making Baskerville available for pre-order via our website until 1200hrs (GMT) 01/10. Inspired by cuir de russie and also the Sir Arthur Conan Doyle novel 'The Hound of the Baskervilles' the scent is our offering for the autumnal season. Birch, labdanum, frankincense, tonka bean, cedarwood and vetiver make for a dark scent.

For me it smells of dark moorland and earth, albeit with a very slight hint of smoke which is introduced via the inclusion of birch tar.

Here are the opening lines from its description on our site:

Placed an order. What was odd, but the Shopify Service forced me to enter data in the "Apt #/Suite" box -- I couldn't leave it blank. Not sure what to do I entered an underscore. Created an account with P&B and corrected my address for future orders. Never had this happen before, so you might want to check into this. For reference it was ORDER #1366. Thank you.

The exact same thing happened to me when I placed an order, some months ago. I simply entered my house number, despite also entering it in the line of address.Ii'm in the UK, but not sure if that would cause any issues to US addresses.

Fairly certain (if memory serves me correctly) that both B&M and The Holy Black use the Shopify service; and I have never had issues with it when I placed orders with them. My only thought is maybe there is something different between the service for UK-based vendors vs State-side vendors?!?

It is an annoying piece of code and I'll see if the developers at pixel union can't remedy it for me. Thanks again. KB.
